We are responsible for strategy, concept development, technological implementation and 360° consumer contest service, all to launch a new product from rimmel: lasting finish nude 25h foundation. The goal was both to promote the new product and to educate consumers about 4 easy steps for natural skin look. What we did: the whole activation is based on synergy between youtube and facebook. In the first stage of the competition, the famous beauty vloggers present their “nude make up – step by step” tutorial using 4 rimmel products. Additionally, they redirect viewers to a custom-made contest app. The task is to finish a sentence that refers to the unique selling points of one of the 4 products. The results: , we received over 17,000 competition entries, over 150,000 app views and 226,000 youtube views after only 3 weeks.
